Contract and Spot Bulk Sugar direct from the Producer
Westbridge Consulting Partners represent Sugar Seller in Brazil, a large co-operative operative 5 Mills. They have a sales management office based in London, England where proof of product can be shown to buyers at table top meetings.
The Seller can supply both Spot and Contract supplies of ICUMSA 45 Sugar. For initial pricing can the Buyer please supply the following:
a) Quantity Required
b) Delivery Port
c) Full Company Details with email address and telephone numbers
The minimum quantity for Spot or Contract is 12,500MT.
Initial pricing willl be supplied along with a draft of the Sellers Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the Buyer to review terms. If the Buyer finds the pricing and terms acceptable they can generate an ICPO to receive a full Corporate Offer.
The information required in the ICPO is listed below:
a) Procedures and Payment Terms copied from the SPA (sent with the initial pricing)
b) Quantity Required
c) Delivery Port
d) Full company details with email address and telephone numbers
e) Full Bank details. If not using a top 50 bank, then banking details of the confirming Bank to be used
f) Address to WBC Partners. All Correspondence after the FCO will be on the Seller headed paper
g) If available, can the seller send their LC verbiage for approval at the same time.
The Full Corporate Offer (FCO) will have a validity of 5 business days to get signed and sent bank. If not recieved it is cancelled instantly. If a contract is signed and the buyer does not produce the finanace then legal action will be taken so it is important that a Bank Officer at the Buyers Bank counter-signs the FCO to cater for this.
