We have partnered with a leading Ukrainian Agrocultural Operator which operates its own farmlands, inland Silos, logistics, port silos ports and small fleet of vessels and grain trading arm. Operating the largest private port facilities on the Black Sea, their port facilities export circa 3M Metric tonnes from their Bulk Facilities and have implemented Containerized stuffing and shipment facilities which are to be expanded in 2012, the only port-based industrialized container stuffing unit on the Black Sea.
In recent years Ukraine has established itself as one of the most competitive placed exporters of grain and considerably lower in price than Canada, US, Australia, South American and European Markets. As a consequence the seller is competitively positioned concerning Ukrainian origin Corn, Feed Wheat, Barly and other Feed by-products.
The seller has establised regular containerized shipments into all of the major South East Asia and Asian destinations, excepting China, and through strategic alliances with certain major shipping lines can offer economic CFR possibilities on a weekly/regular basis.
